Terms of Service

Last updated: March 6, 2026. These Terms govern use of csvpile, a hosted dataset workspace operated by Bouldly Typed, LLC.

1. Overview

csvpile lets teams upload, view, edit, version, and download datasets, and access datasets through an API. By using csvpile, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you use csvpile for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Workspace Access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Your organization is responsible for its users, workspace admins, API keys, and all activity under its workspace.

We may require authentication, organization membership, or domain-based access rules to use some or all parts of the service.

3. Your Data

You keep ownership of the datasets and other content you upload to csvpile. You give Bouldly Typed, LLC a limited right to host, store, copy, process, transmit, and display that data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and use of your data. Do not upload data unless you have the right to store, edit, share, and process it through csvpile.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use csvpile to:

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or threatens the service, other users, or third parties.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that csvpile will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Some features may rely on third-party providers, including identity, hosting, and storage providers. Their outages or failures may affect the service.

6. Fees

Some parts of csvpile may require a paid subscription or other purchase. If you buy a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Unless we say otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

csvpile, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Bouldly Typed, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while you comply with them.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, csvpile is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bouldly Typed, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, or data.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to csvpile will not exceed the amount your organization paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose. If your organization has not paid us, our total liability will not exceed $100.

10. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bouldly Typed, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your data, your use of csvpile, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using csvpile at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or if we are required to do so by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in the state where Bouldly Typed, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any dispute relating to csvpile must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction over Bouldly Typed, LLC.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue using csvpile after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
